ari sabtu,tanggal 26 dec 2009..
ok,ayat sgt poyo disini..haha
aku just nk cite..aku g reunion sek menengah aku..
hee.sgt besh..sbb pe,sbb dpt jmpe cik putih,saiedah,syiro,syikin,dayah..
dak clasz aku 7 ketul jek kot yg dtg..heh
tp xpe,de gak kn..
mmg besh..syiro nmpak2 aku g menjerit..
aku pn terjerit sekali..sbb excited dh lame xjmpe..hehe
pas2 jmpe nuzul gak..last jmpe time form 3 kot..
sume kwn2 aku mkin cun n comei..he
saiedah lg la.padahal kampung sebelah2 je kot..tp nk jmpe,masyaALLAH,susah..
ne yg rapat2 ngn aku abis kene peluk..he..
although aku xjoin futsal ..tp still besh selame lbih kurg 2 jam tuh.

insomnia(cannot sleep)

first thing first,this time entry just wanna say about insomnia.for those who alert with their health will aware with this symptom..huh?aku aware gak tp xtakut lak ble dga menatang nih.(haha,berlagak)xdela..bknnye pe,lately aku tido lewat gler,sometimes after subuh,but then i'll woke up lately also..damn!not good at all..takut aku kalau terjangkit ngn penyakit insomnia nih..LOL..

here some information about this insomnia..(according to wikipedia,insomnia ni bkn penyakit or simptom(abis pe?)tp adalah situation where some people cannot maintain their sleep normally..on d other words xley start or kekalkn time tido die(sng cite cam org normal tido 2,seseorg 2 xley dpt tido normal).

sign n symptoms of insomnia:
  • Have trouble falling asleep. This can mean lying in bed for up to an hour or more, tossing and turning, waiting to fall asleep.
  • Wake up during the night and have trouble going back to sleep.
  • Wake up too early in the morning.
  • Feel tired when they wake up, like they didn't get enough sleep.
  • Feel grouchy, sleepy, or anxious, and be unable to get things done during the daytime.
so for those who realize their condition please alert!

causes of insomnia:

There are many things that can cause sleep problems. Insomnia may be caused by:

  • Stress. Stress can be caused by fear about a single event, such as giving a speech. Or you may have ongoing stress, such as worry about work or school.
  • Depression, anxiety, and other mental or emotional conditions.
  • Poor sleep habits, such as watching TV in bed or not having a regular bedtime schedule. If you have trouble sleeping, you may worry about being able to fall asleep. This can make the problem worse.
  • Changes in your sleep habits or surroundings. This includes changes that happen where you sleep, such as noise, light, or sleeping in a different bed. It also includes changes in your sleep pattern, such as having jet lag or working a late shift.
  • Other health problems, such as pain, breathing problems, and restless legs syndrome.
  • Stimulants, such as tobacco and caffeine, as well as certain medicines, alcohol, and drugs.
  • Lack of regular exercise.

ok,so for those who wanna take a prevention from getting insomnia,u can treated it now immediately!
